Botley Robots

Geared towards grades K-2

Activity : "Sequence"

Students lay out the included cards on the floor. They are taught the directional words and how Botley moves. Students change the pattern on the floor and code Botley to follow that path.

Activity : "The Floor is Lava! - Challenge Course"

Using the given materials (coding cards, goal, rock-ball and Botley) students will set up an obstacle course for their partner to code and solve. The partner must use the correct sequence of commands for Botley to put the rock-ball in the goal.
